What is Amazon Cloudfront and how does AWS CloudFront works?
Due to its high price and complex IT architecture, owning a content delivery network used to be exceedingly uncommon for businesses.

But now that AWS CloudFront has enabled consumers to request data, there is less network traffic, low latency, and instant access to data at a low cost. making it an extremely well-liked network.
What is AWS CloudFront?
AWS CloudFront is a widely dispersed network provided by Amazon Web Services that safely and quickly distributes content to clients, such as software, SDKs, videos, etc.
Through a global network of data centers referred to as edge locations, CloudFront distributes your content. In order to serve content with the optimal performance, a user’s request for content that you are providing with CloudFront is routed to the edge location that has the lowest latency (time delay).
How Does AWS CloudFront Work?
The following steps explain how CloudFront delivers the content:
Step 1
The client accesses a website and requests to download a file (like image file).
Step 2
Now, the DNS routes the client request to the nearest edge location through CloudFront to serve the user request.
Step 3
At edge location, CloudFront looks for its requested cache file. Once the file is found, CloudFront sends the file to the user.
Step 4
But, if the file is not found then CloudFront compares the requirements with the specifications and shares it with the respective server.
Step 5
The web server responds to the request by sending the files back to the CloudFront edge location.
Step 6:
As soon CloudFront receives the file, it shares it with the client and adds the file to the edge location.
